Flexibility RunMyJobs is very flexible as your are able to build workflows, systems, and processes without being confined to a limitation of the application, and if there is a rare change RunMyJobs is unable to do something, the company's support structure is excellent. Intuitiveness What you conceive from design to deployment can easily be translated and built into RunMyJobs. Whether its Events, Alerts, Schedules, Time Windows, etc. can be easily found and configured within this system. Reliability Ever since we migrated 5 years ago from MS Orchestrator, we've had excellent system and operational uptime. I can count on one hand the number of times there we experienced a failure but we were up and running in no less an hour. Support The entire support system Redwood has surrounding its product is simply amazing. I believe this is because the values can clearly be seen that it is shared throughout the entire organization. Whether it is tech support, sales, customer success, or executives, they all share the goal and vision of providing the best service and experience possible. *Teachability* The User Interface and User Experience of the RunMyJobs application itself is well structured so going through the interface, development of processes is very intuitive that training and cross-training is made simple.
