I like that JSCAPE MFT Server has the technology that accelerate the transfer rate 10 times faster than usual speed. It has shortened transfer time for our larger sized files and document. While it is blazing fast, security still its top priority and complied with SOX requirement.

It has simpflied our internal file transfer to be more secure, but less configuration needed compared to othe MFT software. Sending from FTP/s or HTTP/s protocol is supported by the software and complies with HIPAA data security.

The best thing about Redwood Software is it's simple and easy to use GUI interface and navigation facility and the consumer friendly packages within it which helps in acheiving the desired goal. Also to add the vendor support is adequately present 24x7 which helps in mitigating issues in times of need. Another helpful feature I found while using CPS and "Run My Jobs" is that the user can easily find help from the troubleshooting guides of the tool and setup their desired jobs even in a cross-platform manner of SAP and Non-SAP environment.
