I like that the REDCap user interface is highly customizable based on the page creators needs. The data management team also frequently updates the system which is nice.

REDCap makes it simple to collect data in a secure and easy to view way. The ability for multiple people to be working on it at once is great.

Easy to use. Contains several editing options for any and all types of data. The branching mechanism is really easy to set up, and there are explanations for those who are less tech-savvy. Hardly ever crashes.
