It's reliable and HIPPA approved. I've used REDCap for several research projects already. It's easy to use and manage large and small scale projects. I've never had any issues with REDCap. It's usually my mistakes when I accidentally don't save something. There's so many ways to customize the REDCap interface, from participant use to the researcher use. It's really straightforward. REDCap is consistently updating their software, often times on Sundays, which is perfect, I dont work on Sundays.

I like REDCap because it is an easy to use application for tracking my research projects. Research can involve tracking many details, so REDCap makes it easy to keep track of patient information, contacts, etc.

Great interface and easy to use. It is a great standard to have for research studies. Most of the primary investigators really enjoy using the this database for their study.
