Their ability to analyse and problem solve to find a solution to my unique data and decision trees

It's a great interface, user friendly, with some cool features (such as posting at the best time, and the different libraries in which I can store content weeks in advance). Also, the support by chat and email is fast and personal.

This was a nice tool until some changes happened that makes Twitter reposting quite difficult. They are also pushing their premium products which are good but not something that worked for me as a small user. It seems pointed more towards larger groups with marketing teams or staff.
