it performs at a level that is useful to my practice. The price is much less than other companies. It is easily tailored to my specific needs and programming changes can be made on demand at my request example being that we needed the line item for credit card payments to display the last 4 digits and they were quickly able to make that happen on day 1. The rep and installer is local which is a huge plus.
