The ease of use, I could import my vendor information directly into W2 Mate from my accounting software. W2 Mate also allowed me to utilize different types of 1099's, not just 1099 Misc and 1099 NEC. I could easily switch between several companies that I have to issue 1099's for. It was a quick and simple process to transmit the 1099's and 1096 to the IRS and other taxing authorities.

Inexpensive, tax rates updated automatically, all necessary tax forms easily created. I would never have stopped using Payroll Mate if I didn't need to change to a cloud based program.

Payroll Mate is really easy to use. It is cost effective and you get everything you need with it. I like that it carries over each year to keep all paychecks in your history. I also enjoy that it breaks down the taxes and makes it easy to determine how much to pay as an employer each pay period.
