Excellent Customer Service

|ReadyTech
Whilst Ready Tech provides an excellent, scalable, global solution for ILT, remote and self-paced training the most outstanding aspect is the customer service both from the event support perspective; never more than a few minutes to provide action towards a solution (not just a ticket number!), and from an ongoing development perspective where all of our requests for enhancements to service have been addressed swiftly and efficiently. Makes you feel like you're their only customer!

A Solution That Understands Technical Training Requirements
