The support team are always there with good global coverage and fast resolution rates if issues occur. All the features are easy to use and setup details come through in a timely manner. I tend to only use the system a few times per year but it's always a smooth process.

We use ready tech to teach our students how to use an electronic health record. It is extremely helpful to be able to see their screens in the lab and actually assist them. You can even take control of their screen to show them different things or help them when they are stuck. I like the ability to upload documents and teaching materials ahead of time. I also really appreciate the ability to pop-out section of the screen so I can view multiple areas at once. I have never had a person lose connection, like you might see with Adobe Connect, Teams, or Zoom. Their support team is very responsive and able to help immediately if we have any issues. I personally have never needed them, but my colleagues tell me they are very pleased with customer support.
