The training environment provided to all students and the trainer allows demonstrating the all aspects of the training and practising for students later on. If problems occur, the support is quickly available and reliable. A lot of trainings were cancelled this year, so my last experience is from almost nine months ago

We provide product training to our customers, but this varies greatly in terms of planning and customer needs. Previously we worked with 'our own' hardware and virtual machines, but this was not ideal in terms of maintenance and availability.
