RAYNET is very comfortable to use. The customer and deal cards are clear and we can always find everything we need to know about a given deal. Setting up custom fields is very useful, where we could customize RAYNET to our processes. Our salespeople also use the mobile app, which helps them make their work in the field easier. And last but not least, RAYNET has a great support team that is always immediately responsive and helpful.
We love the 360 view of the customer and all the activities from all our departments. Not only sales, but also customer care.

I have been using the CRM from Raynet for several years and thanks to its use DIGITAAL has significantly increased sales and new orders. Not that the software has done it for us, but by keeping an eye on the business cases in progress and their financial value, it makes you close deals. I can't imagine corporate life today without Raynet and I don't understand how salespeople can do business and not use CRM.
