I find it useful due to its fine granularity; I use it to determine if my pay packages are competitive enough to catch the right attention and hire the recruits for our startup.
I needed a tool that comapred our compensation against relevant VC-backed companies of a similar stage. I know that Radford has been used at much larger companies, but that isn't as immediately useful or relevant for startups.
