I have used Rask AI to convert my english and hindi videos to French and it does the work wonderfully. The voice is very similar, it resembles the original voice also it is in sync with the video. Very difficult to differentiate between actual video and dubbed Rask AI version. Very happy how it makes my task easy

The automatic detection of speakers is great, but from time to time I had a little problem with the timestamps if there were more than 3 speakers in long videos, but overall I can say it is great.
