Ease of use to sign in and out using Geolocation. The ability to update templates to respond to inquiries from our contracting companies. Ability to see the subcontractors underneath the main contracting company and the relationship between the two is clear and transparent. The Customer Support team try their very best to respond to inquiries within a short timeframe without sounding like a bot in the way they answer and being personable. The Rapid Global tool is easy to use from an administration perspective to create induction courses and use the wealth of resources available in the library to build better inductions.
