Raintree is a highly configurable EMR that can meet the many unique needs of a healthcare company.

Raintree is most helpful in offering a broad range of configurable settings that allow us to meet the requirements demanded by payers and other suppliers. At the therapist level we are finding that Raintree is user-friendly and easy to use.

After looking at other companies EMR's I do like the simplicity of Raintree's daily note system. Especially the Daily SOAP note feature. I like that clinicians have multiple ways to document their daily notes to best suit their own style and be more efficient (LTNOTE).

Overall the system is good, but the entirety of the implementation was quite rocky.

I like the hot keys/short cuts Raintree has. I also like the way the scheduler is layed out. It is very easy to navigate.
