Rabbet was very easy to onboard and go-live. While we only had five concurrent projects to load, it took very little time and not too much attention to get to a useful stage. The admin set-up of the projects and users was not painful either.
While only one of our projects has gone to construction so far, we do have four others in predevelopment and another going live in predevelopment very soon. We're very excited to use the system from start to finish.
The use of Rabbet for daily needs is also pretty easy. We have to do double entry for our bills, once in our corporate accounting system NetSuite, and another time into Rabbet, where Rabbet is the easier of the two.
Most of our funding comes through the SF Mayor's Office of Housing, and they insist on using their own draw tracking sheet instead of Rabbets, so that's kind of a bummer, when using Rabbets would be so much better, and easier!
