Qwary has a powerful yet understandable interface. Some tools tend to become so complex that while there are lots of possibilities, they are hard to use. Qwary strikes a very nice balance here, with being able to set conditional logic and taking replies from a earlier question as part of a future question. Another thing that is quite effective is embedding the first question into the mail that invites people to participate in a survey. The best part however, is the automated results processing. NPS scores are calculated instantly and open questions are analyzed by emotion and occurrence of terms.

I'm just loving Qwary solved my biggest pain point of collecting feedback and running surveys. The best part is the support team listens and promptly resolves any issue within a couple of minutes itself. My team was able to jump in right away. Easy to use. Great UI/UX.

The resulting interface has a very well thought-out look and feel. It can also be integrated into a website, which is what I like the most.
