I love how engaging Quizizz can be for students. They love the memes and feel like it is a treat to do a Quizizz. I love the formative assessment that Quizizz provides in this neat little presentation. From the item analysis and standards tagging, which gives me or other students a chances to talk about commonly missed questions to the leader board with class average (I present my kids with the challenge of keeping that class average above a certain amount- helps them keep high expectations of both themselves and each other) to finally being a software that is equipped with a math editor full of symbols that I use everyday in secondary math. Having the library of pre-built Quizizz assignments and the ease of "teleporting" questions to create your own Quizizz, I find Quizizz a quick and convenient go to when I just need that little extra practice in my classroom. I love the positivity that is presented to students with the memes, the leaderboard, the mastery "parade" at the end. Quizizz checks all the boxes academically and developmentally for adolescents. The new updates to question types and continued improvements are wonderful also.

Quizizz is easy to use for this non-tech teacher! I use it primarily to create assessments for my science classes. I can quickly take questions from their bank of questions or simply type in my own. I have used it for two years now and have created my own "library" of assessments. I especially like the reports that are generated following a quiz. I can look at individual student progress or I can see the overall success and failure of a question. This program allows me to quickly analyze how my students are doing on specific standards or where I need to focus my next lesson.
