TOAD - Pefect tool for database analyst

It quickly helps in connecting to oracle DB. It helps in troubleshooting and debugging long SQLs with a very good user friendly experience. One of the best features is that it helps to extract data in various file formats like CSV, tables and so on. It helps to describe the table that shows relations with other tables using describe window. It provides the infrastructure to analyze and improve the performance of bigger sqls.

Best Quick Monitor Tool for Oracle Database

I have the Spotlight Dashboard Running on a separate monitor screen that allows me to do all my other Database Administration tasks and still allows me to see how the Database is running and if there are any issues going on. The Green, Yellow and Red/Flashing Red coloring allows me to not have to focus on the monitoring, but only when the Yellow and Red Appear.
