I like the way you can keep track of your goals and objectives throughout the quarter. Sometimes it's very easy to forget about OKRs until the very last minute, but with Koan we found a good way to make sure that doesn't happen. You can see the breakdown of OKRs from top to bottom and have great visibility over what everyone else in the company is working and focusing on. We have weekly meetings with our manager where we sit together and go over each OKR and see how likely we are to complete it on time. It's also a great way for us to talk about road-blocks and ask for help.
