The best thing I appreciate about Qualer is how open the team is to implementing suggestions and how forward they are in addressing issues. Our contact, Chris, is always keeping us informed about current and new updates. They're always available to address any number of questions we have as well. The system works well for what is made for but the team is always thinking of ways to improve it.

Many aspects of Qualer are customizable to our needs. It is easy to filter assets and identify services that need to be performed. Easy to look up history and change logs.

I really appreciate and enjoy the user-friendliness and ease of use of the cloud software solution. It offers so much functionality and the capability to see our asset's current status, calibration/ service date as well as the calibration/ PM documentation and service manuals.
