This help the manager to coach the individual in specific area to improve on. The Dashboard is good to measure and identify the individual that has weakness in which area. This also enable us to distinguish whether this is a general issue across the team or a rare case specific to that individual. This can tell us if the content or training method need to be improved in order to improve the learning and knowledge of the sales team. The user tagging is very good to have a deep dive analysis to understand more on the user behaviour and team performance so that we can identify the top performer vs those that have gap that required more support to help them to improve further.
