Out of the box, it has everything you need to get a mentorship program off the ground. It is easy to implement, easy to use, has an intuitive user interface and great customer service. Our implementation specialist, Ipek, was amazing and continues to be so even after we have launched our program. She is always checking in and responds quickly to every e-mail. Overall, just a great program and service.
