I like document management: easy to manage documentation, version control, history file, tags, etc. Processes are very useful, QMS Manager can adjust templates that are included and set for our company. Generally, I love automation.

Project Management is easy to handle; process templates and creating forms/processes helped me collect data and create reports. The traceability Matrix for design control is the perfect tool (change data and don't worry because all inputs and outputs are connected and traced). New QMS types and tags help separate specific QMS data (documents, events).
