Ingenuity pathways analysis for proteomics

The software provides loads of information. You can easily find all the pathways a protein is involved in with it and it is really good for global analysis while dealing with hundreds of proteins.

IPA for Pathway Analysis

Intuitive, simple and easy to query the curated literature for relevant biological pathways. Allows, users to access information from a wide range of areas ranging from drugs, chemicals to genes. Great for quick query and visualization of pathways. Very easy to use and learn the program. Great IPA certification course available.
