Purplepass was a very easy system to use and navigate. I have used other platforms before to plan my conferences with ticket sales and notifications to attendees. Purplepass was by far the best system to use. I received great technical support and assistance throughout setting up my ticket sales and payouts when my conference was completed.

I have used many such services and Purplepass Ticketing is clearly the best. Ease of set up for the coordinator. User-friendly - I had zero complaints from any of my customers. Phone support is a big plus, especially for my older customers who may not be computer-savvy. They are also highly responsive when any issues come up.
