Communication and autonomy. The communication throughout the project was very transparent with sharing of a project plan and direct communication with our assigned project manager. We always knew the stage of the project was at and could see progress as it happened. We gave input as needed but the team was able to produce a great product with minimal input after initial meetings. There were always opportunities to provide input and make changes but we thought the products that were produced were well thought out and high quality.
