One of my favorite things is the ability to send paperwork to patients prior to their first session; it helps the therapists and the front desk, plus the patient is happy they can jump straight into their session once they arrive. The billing module is great and very concise and easy to use, even as a first time user. The waitlist is also a great feature, having a list of names pop up as soon as there is a cancellation helps keep our schedule full.
