I am writing to share my recommendation for Promevo gPanel. Having used this tool for over a decade, I find it to be one of the most effective solutions for managing Google Workspace. It conveniently combines all administrative options into one platform, which is incredibly useful for user administration, email signature deployment, and reporting. I highly recommend gPanel to other customers looking to streamline their workspace management.

They have addressed many of the shortcomings found in the default Google Workspace UI, either resolving them or making significant improvements.

Applying company wide signatures is a nice feature as well as the ability to be able to see all users at a glance and edit their information without having to go into the admin panel directly (but is basically the same experience)
