TimeSolv works well for us because it goes beyond simply tracking hours. The time I log can flow straight into an invoice, include expenses, move through approvals, and ultimately become a clean, professional document for the client. That matters on projects where the work isn’t always obvious from the outside. A new page design is easy to point to, but maintenance, security checks, performance reviews, small fixes, and support work often need more context. The invoicing side is strong as well. Templates, recurring billing, online payments, and the client portal make the whole process feel far more organized. For monthly support plans, recurring invoices and a clear history save us a lot of manual effort. I also appreciate that clients can review the details in the portal instead of emailing to ask about every little thing. When we have questions about recurring projects, approvals, or invoice structure, support usually gives practical answers rather than just pointing us to documentation. That makes it easier to shape the tool around the way we actually work.
