Excellent calendar, but a little outdated

The calendar is amazing. User friendly and really customizable. Plus it updates live so our entire department could view the same calendar/information.

EventPro is ALL I use!

I like that it is intuitive, and that the information is available in several different screens. I LOVE their customer service. When I call I get to talk to a live person and they stay with me until the problem is solved. I have used this software for 8 years, and I typically speak with the same people when I call. They have also customized different reports and solutions based on my specific needs.

I used this for booking and processing all events on our college campus.

I like that you were able to do everything with this program like book the space, make notes, billing, etc. Additionally, it was able to teach to other and have others use.
