Second Year with Profisee SaaS | Growing and Optimizing
Over the past year we have had to add mulitple additional sources to our exising Profisee matching strategies and have found that the process and the dashboards that are available for customization have provided a great view into our data and how it is being mastered. Our survivorship is actively being taught to our initial stewards and we have made great progress in setting up priorities and weights that optimize our resutls.

Profisee as our Master Data Management tool
It's really easy to implement within a short time frame. The product is always improving (2 new versions per year). With the SaaS version, it is easier to maintain and upgrade the platform.
The support time is very responsive within a day. The Profisee portal is also user-friendly.
Data quality rules feature improves data quality in our MDM system. The integration with Profisee using API calls is easy to implement. Profisee provides us with a support portal where we can easily post our ideas to improve the system and also that helps us to see issues/enhancements posted by other Profisee clients.

Profisee enabled us to modernize our multi-domain master data architecture
The breadth of the Profisee platform's capabilities enabled us to accomplish an extremely complex "big bang" cutover of our multi-domain master data, from legacy systems dating back to the 90s, into a fully configurable and user-friendly set of Fast Apps. Our Profisee instance is accessed constantly by Data Stewards in 8 countries around the world. The platform's integration options include real-time eventing and a comprehensive API. Profisee Support is readily available and highly knowlegable. As the business initiates new products and markets, we are able to stay out front by rapidly developing and deploying master data and configuration entities to support the projects.
