I recently started a role in product marketing in B2B SaaS. The role and department are completely new at my company, so I needed a structure to ensure my work would be effective, as well as a strategy to prove the value of my existence. This course helped me understand how I can support each of the different teams (product, sales, customer success, and marketing) by giving clear frameworks and processes to follow. It also helped me understand what types of things can fall under product marketing, and how to prioritize and execute. I've been able to implement several of the best practices shared in this course, and am already serving as a much more effective liaison between teams. This course also helped me fully understand the value of product marketing and the potential for substantial impact. There is so much to digest, that I am confident I will be returning to modules regularly as I try to implement the strategies shared.

The resources and templates available are great to reference and supplement my existing knowledge. Further, the mentorship available has been invaluable to my career.

I love the resources and community that PMA has created. Their Slack community is an international group of proactive, open and helpful PMM professionals. Additionally, the free resources they offer are actionable and relatable to the diverse scope a PMM can have.
