I took part in the PMA's core certification course using the on-demand lesson plan. I not only enjoyed the lesson plans and extensive videos, but I also enjoyed the community that comes with it. You have access to the Slack channel with 100s of other PMMs from across the world. They have a weekly Zoom meeting to ask questions directly to the PMA and other colleagues. Through all of these resources, I have increased my connections, learned a ton, and found a new job. I really appreciated the tools they have and am glad that they have come together to make it accessible.

Courses are easy to digest and follow, and networking opportunities are great

I found the content to be very digestible, understandable, and actually relatable to my day-to-day work. Ideas are shared among other cohorts in breakout group sessions which is refreshing. PMA also includes a plethora of downloadable slide decks and templates you can use to make an immediate impact and streamline some of the busy work of being a product marketer. The course really broke down the fundamentals of product marketing and took a deep enough dive into every stage of the product and customer journey. I highly recommend the course to anyone on the fence, current product marketers, or those looking to enter the field! Update - this is a major differentiator in the hiring, recruiting, and interview process! Product marketing is a relatively new role for most companies, so having this certification ups your chances for success over those without it!
