People in the community proactively reach out to me with ideas, insights and recommendations. Also, when I ask for assistance, the members are more than willing to help out.

I love the regular summits as they are a great way to connect and engage with the community. I don’t get the opportunity to go to as many as I’d like but, when they’re nearby, I’m sure to attend. The courses they offer also help both from a learning perspective but also add a little extra on the CV when going for product marketing roles.

I have been a part of Product Marketing Alliance for about 6 months or so. With so many different types of business or professional communities out there, I wasn’t sure if I really needed to join another one. But, I’m sure glad I did. I found that the most helpful aspect of PMA is the Slack group. They foster a collaborative, positive, and resourceful environment for product marketers around the world. I tend to sign in and catch up daily, which is something I don’t do for other communities. I’ve found that the wealth of information is priceless, and I’ve even been able to explore networking opportunities IRL. I’m just now diving into the additional range of resources and content available. I just signed up for my first webinar! And, I plan on diving more into the blog content, tools, and templates that PMA provides for free. The PMA community guarantees that I’m up-to-date on all industry trends and provide all the tools I need to excel in my role.
