Tying particular customer/user tags to insights or ideas!

The UI is great and very intuitive, and the workflow from feedback to idea to initiative fits my needs well. Tags allow for a wide variety of different needs across products. Good controls for managing different levels of users within the program.

ProdPad has been an excellent way to gather feedback from our employees on our product line. We've also used it to share timelines and internal projects for feedback.
