We use moover to move data between our Orgs, from development to production. This has help us to speed up the process of our releases. Specially since we are a CPQ customer which handles a lot of data for the product structure in Salesforce. The great thing about moover is that it does not stop just there and we can also use this to move data from other objects. Instead of working out of spreadsheets constantly moover has done things fairly easy for us. Also uses, SOQL queries which helps to target specific data that needs to be move across Orgs in Salesforce.
