I have had good experiences with proctorio. I have not had any others experience with other proctoring services though. I like that it is easy to use.

Proctorio works well as a plug-in with Canvas. Students can navigate to the proctored exam by clicking the next button in Canvas, making it very easy for those with little technical experience.

We use Proctorio for online automated test proctoring. The extension is easy for teachers to set up for their quizzes and flexible enough to meet their needs. The variety of options allows them to enable the features and settings they need to ensure their desired level of academic integrity. We have conducted many online tests using Proctorio, and the technical issues that students have faced have been a tiny percentage and are often quickly resolved.
