Proctorio offers an easy solution to remote exam proctoring and is easily scalable (can be used for 100+ students at the same time). It is straightforward to set up as it only requires students to install a Chrome extension (no downloads necessary) and offers various settings to choose from to detect cheating. My students have also mentioned that their customer service is also very helpful.

I guess one might appreciate the room scanning idea for its potential but it is the most frustrating, lowly constructed, undependable measurement
