Easy to install and start with process!!

Process maker is very directly and small to use. The community version have many funcionalltys.

At 2008, I used the ProcessMaker community version to develop and implement elements of Quality Management with respects to managing Non Conformances and Corrective Actions for a manufacturing company of 200 employees. Once I developed required level of skills, the software enabled me to create and launch a process in a matter of few days, depending on the level of details to be solved. Employees had accepted the WFM (workflow) concept rapidly thus training and implementation time was extremely short. In addition, the forms development module was easy to deal with and stable. Once all was set up and running there were no other requirements from them nor call for a help or service. I forgot of them at all. A few years ago (2014) I've got a call from someone asking me to help them add a new account to a process. "What process", I said, "who are you"? Then I finally realize that this process was running for 6-7 years without any of my support. :) .
