Pro Alpha .... A detailed piece of software, but very outdated....

I like that Pro Alpha is very detailed. Almost over detailed at some times. The amount of data and information that it stores, records and colaborates is very impresive. The GUI is not very user friendly and seems extremly outdated. It feels like an older clunky Buick.....it will get you to where you are going, but it won't be pretty.

I work at a firm, which uses proALPHA ERP for almost everything, but mostly for accounting.

|Proalpha ERP
I like about proALPHA ERP that I can easily switch from one firm to another when doing accounting, it needs just few clicks. When scanning some important documents, I can easily archive the document. Contracts with customers can also be kept in proALPHA ERP. All customers have different numbers by which we can easily find them in this software and see all the invoices we issued for them. Also all sellers we buy from are there and are also assigned their own numbers. These invoices they issued are usually scanned and archived in this software.
