I really like the user interface of skychat, it is easy to use and allows the user to get information quickly. Also, it allows you to can connect with other people either in groups or individually, and since it is an AI-powered chabot system it is inexpensive and easy to access.

I used it for a client I am consulting in a Community Platform providing space. The Skychat integration was pretty smooth and took care of the automated messages with script response suggestions.
