As head of the Human Resources Department, I am responsible for several functions, one of them being the organization and planning of events and meetings, and through this software, I can create a virtual reality of it to have good results. I like that it is a very collaborative application, in which all the people who want to participate in the creation of an event or meeting can make modifications. Another thing that I like is that it offers many templates and stickers to make certain improvements; in addition, it has innovative functions such as social distancing due to COVID. On the other hand, it has other tools that offer me benefits to facilitate and improve my work in the list of guests, the menu, the number of tables and chairs and how to organize them, who attended the event or meeting, in general, all the programming. Finally, its interface is very good, organized and easy to use.

The remote functionality is what attracts me the most, with virtual reality plans that allow me to organize and plan every detail, no matter how minute it may be, of each event that we must carry out, and thus bring this organization to real life, which makes our event to the next level, it is perfect how we can bring reality to the virtual world and vice versa.
