It really changed the way our store worked, before our team was not sure what to work next to what was due and when and where everything was, now I can send quotes to customers very quickly and even send them a text message to make a tracing. It has also been useful to collect payments faster by text message. Before we used Quickbooks and Shopvox but they were very complicated to use.

I am able at any time of day and from any browser look at what orders are currently open, which have been paid, which are being printed, and who has messaged us. For the customers, they get very professional emails for each step of the process and a way to pay for their orders in a safe manner.
