Very cool tool, but User Interface needs improvements

I love the "idea" and functionality of it. I can forget about having to change the prices of my properties daily, and since signing up, I realize I've been under-pricing my properties for the last year! A great eye-opener for market value. I like the stats, including occupancy rates, etc. Overall an excellent tool for the vacation rentals I manage.
