The ease of use and security of this software is excellent. We were able to track down a tablet that was accidentally left at an airport. It really helps with our travelling sales team to be able to find lost items. Fortunately, we have not had to track a stolen device down but it really is comprehensive.

The Prey client is easy to install/update and works very reliably compared to other management systems we work with. Tech support has been responsive to questions.

It helps us determine laptop names and locations...very valuable.
