Presidio was very good at the project management piece of their engagement. They were able to call out what meetings they need set up, and made sure action items were followed up with from our previous meetings. They helped hold our internal team accountable for work that needed to be complete.

They brought a good solution to a long standing issue we had regarding file access and mitigating the risk of cryptolocker threats. Initially very responsive and seemed like a good company to help supplement out IT staff's gaps in knowledge. Also had a wide footprint so they could potentially support us in all our office locations.
