Google sheets are friendly users and there are two options whether we choose basic feature for free or we choose paid one for getting advanced features. The feature I like most is in-line editing which can create collaborative works among the team.

Organizations can work together on the same sheet and changes are in "real time". It makes it easier to collaborate on projects with multiple people and locations.
