Preezie provides a guided customer experience for ecommerce - just like the shop floor. What initially peaked my interest was the opportunity to bring the shop floor/sale assistant experience of asking great customer lead questions on to the ecommerce platform

Not only does Preezie add to the customer experience on the High Tees website but it also provides valuable insights for us to see what customers are looking for and for whom they are shopping.
Preezie's customer service and support is second to none. At all stages of the onboarding process to ongoing support, they have been F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they have held my very non technical hand through it all. They have also been a very supportive partner for High Tees while we navigate this very turbulant time of in and out of lockdowns. I am so apprecative of their ongoing understanding and willingness to continually find solutions for High Tees.
We have been able to experiment a little with Preezie and I have been excited by some of their suggestions to test the software. Together we tried a personalilty quiz, giving our customers a gamified experience to their shopping pathway while giving us great insights.
We have also been able to adapt and change the function of the quizzes depending on the need of High Tees at the time. Right now we are focusing on building our database and therefore have used the Preezie software to capture emails while still providing our customers with guided suggestons for their purchase.
