So yeah, I've been using 99tests for a couple of years now, and so far, I've found out that it really helps connect businesses with testers from all over. It's great because companies can find skilled testers no matter where they are, and testers get a lot of projects to choose from, which is awesome for building up skills. But it also means dealing with a mix of different people, and that's okay.
Overall, it's a good product with a decent workflow. I would recommend it only if you are okay with dealing with some occasional fairness issues and waiting for fixes.
Customer support is decent I guess.
We didn't use them for more than a year so I can't go in depth but overall it was fun while it lasted.
Good website and software testing,

No integration required
It was really easy to get started with 99test, though kind of cryptic on the setup. The system walked me through- basically, it set up my testing requirements from what type of tests were required to the skills I required from the testers. Once set up, the platform interface made managing the testing process hassle-free. One of the major advantages, however, was the quality and expertise of the testers I got paired with. My project needed someone really good with iOS, and Android environments and usability testing. And 99tests didi provided such: testers who met the requirements and gave very useful insights in order to identify bugs as well as improve the user experience of the app.
